HP and Intel have built a Network IVR reference architecture that makes it easy to create and integrate multiple services. Using this architecture, HP offers a range of network IVR solutions, including:

• HP Prepaid IVR - Delivers new customer experiences when using prepaid applications such as account inquiries

The reference architecture is based on standard platforms using HP ProLiantBladeSystem servers and Intel® Xeon® processors.

HP and Intel have worked together to optimize the servers' performance and allow the platforms to run open-source operating systems, including Linux-based virtualization environments.

HP's network IVR platform is an innovation engine that lowers costs, reduces time to market, and generates additional revenue opportunities for service providers, especially when targeting the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment.
