- Linux Distributions (RedHat Enterprise Linux, SuSE Linux Enterprise Server, Debian, Ubuntu, Mandriva Corporate Server, Gentoo)
- Deployment (Head of the GPL dploy.org project, involvement in the GPL LinuxCOE project, 2 generations of home grown deployment infrastructure)
- Disaster Recovery / Imaging (Head of the GPL MondoRescue project)
- Management (from Linux, for multi-operating systems clients, with HPSIM, OCS Inventory, GLPI, integration of Proliant/Integrity management tools)
- Benchmark, performance, tuning activities (using the newly HP Open Source tool collectl, sar, home made scripts, ...)
- High Availability (HP Service Guard, LVS, Linux-HA, GFS, ...)
- OSMS (HP Open Source Middleware Stack)
- HP-UX, Windows, Linux interoperability
As well, the team has competencies around Linux solutions for the Telecom market:
- IPTV (Kasenna MediaBase streaming server and Kasenna LivingRoom Middleware server)
- IMS/SDP stack (Including HP OpenCall offering)
