Target market
One of the first implementers of MDM solutions will be mobile operators, MVNO
and ISPs targeting enterprises with 2G and 3G services. Eventually all operators
will need complete MDM implementations that work together smoothly for all
customers. In addition, any 2G/3G handset developer wanting to implement device
management standards will need MDM. Finally, MDM is a mandatory capability for
